I have working experience both at insurance law firms, and as an in house legal counsel for a large insurance company. Therefore, I have hands on experience with reviewing and drafting policy wordings. Foreign clients engage me for advise on distribution of insurances in The Netherlands, setting up Dutch legal entities and tailoring insurances and their wordings for the Dutch market.
